RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to have the finest purchasing experience possible because, above all else, we are committed to your pleasure. We understand that there are occasions when a product may not be exactly what you need, may not be what you had hoped for, or may just not go with your décor or area. Within 48 hours of delivery, you may exchange or return your purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

Returns are only permitted in the following circumstances:
A faulty product
Defect in manufacturing
Lackluster Product
Unsuitable Product

The delivery window begins on the day the product was delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or our courier partners.

To determine the reason for the return, kindly send us photographs of the item (one of the damaged portions and one of the full product). You can do this by using the "contact us" section of this website or by sending an email to munpluseentertainmentpvtltd@gmail.com / info@decorsdream.com.

•  We are accountable for the products we sell. To be entitled to a 100% replacement or refund if the goods are damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, please notify us within 2 days after delivery.
• Only delivery damage, manufacturing flaws, erroneous or missing information, or wrong or incomplete products may be returned for any online purchases. Within 48 hours of the delivery or assembly date, please notify us (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) of this.
• All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging, along with the invoice and tags, and must not have been used or tampered with.
• If the packaging appears to have been tampered with or the product isn't in excellent condition, please decline the delivery and contact our Customer Care at munpluseentertainmentpvtltd@gmail.com / info@decorsdream.com with your order reference number. We'll do everything we can to get a replacement done as soon as possible.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged with us. 
• decorsdream is dedicated to making sure you're happy with any products you order from us.

REFUND
The amount you paid for the goods will be refunded to you, and we'll credit the amount on the credit or debit card you used to pay for them. Any refunds owed to you will be processed as soon as feasible and, in any case, within the time frames listed below:

We will process any refunds owed to you within 5-7 business days after the item has been received.
